Booking confirmation

A 50% deposit secures the agreed date and engineer. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Balance

The remaining booking balance must be paid before the session starts. Payment details are provided on the invoice.

Session time

The standard booking is eight hours. The engineer prepares the agreed studio and instrument setup before the session begins. Send the required information and files in advance.

Overtime and extras

Overtime must be agreed. Rates, drum assistant requirements and optional piano tuning are listed on Services.

Instrument access

Standard studio and remote sessions include two analogue and two digital synths selected in advance. CS-80 and Synthi AKS access is through Paul Soulsby’s analogue experience.

Project and delivery

Agree the work, files and delivery requirements before recording. Files are released once the agreed balance has been paid.

Changes

Contact the studio as soon as possible if you need to change your booking. The booking confirmation sets out the agreed cancellation and rescheduling terms.
